2 Days Tarangire National Park Safari is a fascinating adventure that starts and ends in Arusha. The safari will take you to Tarangire national park which is one of the famous national parks in the northern circuit of Tanzania that offers great views of large concentrations of elephants, zebras, leopards, waterbucks, lions, elands, buffaloes, warthogs, impalas, oryx, long-necked gerenuk, wildebeests, greater and lesser kudus, dwarf mongoose, gazelle, hartebeests, giraffes, views of different bird species like kori bustard, brown parrot, yellow collared lovebird, unique baobab trees among others.

Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Tarangire national park, depending on your location on the first day of the 2 days Tanzania safari to Tarangire national park, our driver guide will pick you up from either the hotel or hotel, brief you about the safari and then start the journey to Tarangire national park. The journey takes about 2 to 3 hours drive and on the way you will have great views of the countryside, beautiful scenery among others. Upon arrival in the park you will check into the lodge and have lunch, after lunch you will go for  an afternoon game drive where you will be able to view animals like elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, lions, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, impalas, elands, different bird species, view unique baobab trees among others. After the game drive you will return to the lodge for an evening relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning game drive and departure to Arusha

Morning game drive, after an early breakfast on the last day of the 2 days Tanzania safari to Tarangire national park your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to go for a morning game drive where you will get a chance of viewing animals that you might have missed the previous day. During the morning game drive you will proceed to Tarangire river where you will have spectacular views of animals like elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, warthogs, waterbucks, Dik Dik which gather around the river to drink water,  view predators like lions, leopards looking for a hunt, water birds, beautiful baobab trees among others. After the game drive you will drive back to the lodge for lunch.

Departure to Arusha, after lunch you will check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to Arusha. Upon arrival your driver guide will drop you off at Arusha airport for your international departure flight or drop off at the nearest hotel in Arusha city.
